J. David Allen

David has been in the development industry for over 20 years, working with over 80 mid and large box retailers.  In 2018, David recognized a need for Industrial warehousing and manufacturing facilities throughout the Southeast and turned his attention to the strategic growth implementation of RealtyLink’s industrial asset class.  He works closely with local economic development and is able to provide clients the necessary projects to meet the needs of today’s corporate supply chain.  David’s team has successfully assisted in the expansion of  the RealtyLink brand throughout the Southeast and has developed a pipeline of projects throughout NC, SC, VA, and FL.  David and his family are lifelong residents of the Triangle.  He serves as Principal for RealtyLink’s Raleigh office where he is proud to have his son, JD Allen, working alongside his many projects.
