Raleigh, NC – As RealtyLink continues to grow and expand, so does its exceptional team of executives. RealtyLink recently named Charles Zevenhuizen as Vice President of Development of RealtyLink’s office in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Charles joins the RealtyLink team with over 35 years of experience in the construction, renovation and development of commercial, industrial, historical and multifamily properties. David Allen, Principal of RealtyLink’s Raleigh office stated that “Charles brings unparalleled experience and broad knowledge to our company. Not only are we fortunate enough to be expanding during ever-changing market conditions, but we are also excited to have him on our team and look forward to the developments coming from our office.” In 2005, Charles switched his focus to commercial brokerage, beginning with Cushman & Wakefield, where he found his passion in land and investment property acquisition and most recently with a small boutique realty and development group.

Charles attended UNC Chapel Hill where he majored in Economics.
