Grocery Anchored Retail &
Net Leased

Built on a foundation of single-tenant build-to-suit developments and retail shopping centers, RealtyLink has earned a name in the retail industry as a leading developer. By completing projects on time, within budget, and accomplishing the asset’s strategy, RealtyLink has continuously met tenant expectations and accomplished their corporate expansion strategies.

RealtyLink continues to pursue and develop retail projects in multiple formats including standalone build-to-suits, mixed-use retail, and grocery anchored centers.

Entertainment

Driven by both the Millennial generation and the changing desires of most demographic groups, entertainment concepts have created a niche for attracting users who are driven by experiences more than anything. RealtyLink’s long-term goal of investing and developing in cities with a strong demand for entertainment uses has driven our pursuit of this asset class. From urban entertainment centers (UEC) to retail entertainment centers (REC) and lifestyle entertainment centers (LEC), our goal is to develop entertainment centers that create unique guest experiences to attract both locals and tourists. RealtyLink is pleased to offer venues such as cinemas, bowling alleys, multi-use entertainment facilities, Topgolf, and more.

Industrial

By targeting markets with a strong workforce, necessary infrastructure, low vacancy rates, and an inadequate supply of Class A buildings, RealtyLink has focused on specific markets to continue this development strategy. RealtyLink’s approach is to construct geographically well-positioned and well-designed buildings in markets with little or no vacancy in order to accommodate industrial activities such as production, manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, storage, and distribution.

Residential

By targeting garden-style and mid-rise developments in the multifamily space, as well as opportunistic single-family opportunities, we believe that there is value in markets that have been historically under-built and present strong demographic metrics. RealtyLink plans to continue residential development in both urban and suburban locations.
