Brittany Elliott

Brittany joined the Charleston office in 2011 after beginning her career in residential real estate. She handles all aspects of the development process from permitting and entitlements to closing coordination. She works through due diligence on purchase and sale contracts, and is also responsible for design and construction management. She works closely with municipalities, tenants and property owners throughout each phase of development. Brittany is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
