RealtyLink is pleased to announce that Engineered Products will be the newest tenant of Speedway Business & Technology Park. Engineered Products’ 334,954 SF facility represents the initial occupant of the park’s second phase. This facility will allow Engineered Products to house all of their upstate operations under one roof.
In regards to the announcement, Engineered Products’ CEO Tommy Sinclair remarked, “We weren’t just looking for a building, we were looking for a community and a partnership. We’re very thankful to Tommy and his entire team for their partnership and can’t wait to see how this facility enhances the future of their company,” remarked Phil Wilson.
The Park represents an estimated investment to date of $200M and is comprised of more than 1.2M SF. In its entirety, the park will boast up to 600 acres of prime industrial real estate with the potential for over 4M SF of Class-A Industrial Space. Additionally, this site will include sidewalks, walking trails, and other amenities for the benefit of the park and the community.
Phil Wilson and Stan Tzouvelekas, Development Partner with RealtyLink, along with CBRE are seeking additional tenants for the development.
