Greenville, SC – RealtyLink proudly announces its largest single transaction in the company’s history. On February 17th, the company closed on the sale of two phases of Freedom Town Center in Fayetteville, NC for $72.5 million. RealtyLink acquired the 45-acre property in 2016 and began developing the three-phase, 390,000 SF project. The 99.7% leased and occupied shopping center is anchored by Hobby Lobby, HomeGoods, Dick’s Sporting Goods/Field & Stream, Sprouts, Burkes, Petco, DSW, buybuy Baby, World Market, and Five Below. “Freedom Town Center has been an amazing project to work on over the past six years. All of our partners have helped get us to this point and we are extremely grateful. Our team is very proud of this milestone transaction,” states Founding Principal and Project Leader, Phil Wilson.
The first two phases sold to a private investment group out of New York, NY in an all-cash transaction who was represented by Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson with SRS Real Estate Partners. The third and final phase is a six-acre parcel with 40,000 SF of existing retail and restaurant space that is nearly fully leased and occupied.
