Residential
By targeting garden-style and mid-rise developments in the multifamily space, as well as opportunistic single-family opportunities, we believe that there is value in markets that have been historically under-built and present strong demographic metrics. RealtyLink plans to continue residential development in both urban and suburban locations.
Residential Development Pipeline
- Garden-style Multifamily: RealtyLink is targeting locations that have populations with a high growth trajectory and the potential to increase rents year over year while providing affordable, middle-of-the-road rental prices.
- Single-Family Rentals: RealtyLink is targeting renter populations who range from Millennials looking for more space, the older population looking to capitalize on the existing equity in their homes, and individuals who have little savings for a down payment on a home. By providing affordable rental prices with a community feel, RealtyLink believes this sub-asset class is poised for high growth.
- Mid-rise Multifamily: In higher density markets where rental prices have shown consistency, we believe there is opportunity for select mid-rise multifamily developments. This includes traditional wrap apartments, and four-story manor-style developments with surface parking throughout the Sun Belt states.
