Development Administrator / Marketing Assistant

Julie joined RealtyLink’s Wisconsin office in February 2013 with the position of Development Administrator. She is responsible for tracking all retail projects through the various stages of development, which includes assisting in creating financial proformas, reviewing documents, and assuring that each project remains on schedule. In addition to these responsibilities, Julie also works closely with various tenants in the development process including sending marketing packages, letters of intent, site plans and other documents necessary to complete each particular project. Prior to becoming a part of the team, she spent 10 years as an Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO of a residential real estate company in Indiana. Most recently, she was the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Real Estate at Kohl’s Department Stores. Julie is married and has two children.
